Does Meccha Chameleon Have Crossplay?

Short answer: there is no crossplay, but that is because there is nothing to cross. Meccha Chameleon (often searched "mecha chameleon") is Windows PC and Steam only, so every single player is already on the same platform. Crossplay is a feature that bridges, say, PS5 and Xbox players — and since there are no console or mobile versions, there is nothing to bridge.

What this means in practice

• Everyone you match with — in public matchmaking or a private lobby — is on the Windows PC (Steam) build.

Can I play with friends on other devices?

Only if they are also on a Windows PC with the game on Steam. If a friend is hoping to join from a PlayStation, Xbox, Switch or phone, they cannot — the game does not exist on those platforms yet, so there is no cross-device play. Everyone in your group needs the Steam PC version.

If crossplay ever matters

Crossplay only becomes a real question the day a console or mobile port ships. Right now none is announced, so for the foreseeable future the answer stays the same: all PC, no crossplay needed.
